Returns Policy
Want to get your Christmas shopping done early?
We've extended our returns policy so you can shop stress free over the festive period. In addition to our standard returns policy all online purchases made between November 1st and December 23rd can be returned for a full refund until the 10th January. Please ensure items have not been used and are in their original packaging with relevant security tags still attached.
How to process your return
Step 1
Please email hello@silkworkslondon.com within 14 days of receiving your products with the order number and a brief reason for the return.
Step 2
We will reply with a returns form which we kindly ask is completed and returned with your package. If you don't have access to a printer you are welcome to write the details out on a piece of paper.
Notes
Our returns policy lasts 28 days. If more than 28 days have passed since your purchase unfortunately we’re unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging with labels and tags attached.
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an item and it’s advisable to use a trackable service as we’re unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we have received your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email to notify you if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Refunds do not include the cost of the original postage.
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receipt of your products and you will receive an email from us once complete. Please note funds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, this is dependant on your bank.
When seeking a refund for orders which include a free gift, please return the gift along with your order. We reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift with any refund.
Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges on any sale pieces, face masks or gift cards. All sales are final.
